1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using my website (OmniDevix), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Services Rendered
OmniDevix provides freelance web development, UI/UX design, and digital consulting services. The specific details, scope, and deliverables of any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a project contract, all materials produced during the execution of a project (including code, designs, and content) remain the intellectual property of OmniDevix until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client, while OmniDevix retains the right to display the work in portfolios and promotional materials.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payments, will be specified in the individual project proposal or contract. A standard non-refundable deposit is typically required to commence work. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the project contract.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on OmniDevix's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. I make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
